Our team provides Electrical installation Condition Reports (EICR), which must be renewed after five years. They can only be provided by appropriately qualified electricians, which includes the A & D Electrical Services team. The Government has announced that these electrical safety checks are to become mandatory for rental properties.
Successful letting involves ensuring that rental properties are adequately maintained, including electrical testing and remedial work.
